We’re delighted to welcome broadcaster, podcaster and all-round music enthusiast Charlotte Ryan back for the third time. “I’ve treated each playlist the same way I imagine the architect treated the home – by feeling it first. Discovering the vibe and seeing each house with its own personality. So I’ve paired music with that feeling. Some homes have beautiful clean lines and open spaces, so I’ve chosen tracks that are spacious, minimal and let you breathe. Others feel warm, lived-in and textural, so the music becomes a bit more soulful, colourful or rhythmic.

If a place has bold shapes or surprising design moments, I’ve added music that carries that same energy. For me, it’s about letting the architecture set the tone – and then using music to deepen the way you experience the space, whether someone’s cooking, unwinding or having friends over.

I like to imagine the playlist being played in the home, or being played in the car as you drive to the home. There is naturally lots of local music – celebrating our amazing creativity. Hopefully some new music discoveries for you too.”
